Charlotta is a chiropractor based in Victoria south west London who combines chiropractic adjusting techniques with a variety of soft tissue release to assist restoration of postural structures as well as function of supportive tissues. These include:

• IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation)

• Nerve/tissue flossing technique

• Activator method adjusting technique

• Taping techniques
